In order to protect the rights of customers and comply with relevant consumer protection laws, APS has established the following return and refund policy, which applies to all products sold by the company. Please read carefully to facilitate the return and exchange process.


1. Return application deadline

  • Customers can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (based on the date of receipt).
  • Refund applications must also be submitted within the above-mentioned period and will not be accepted after the deadline.

2. Return and Refund Conditions

Returned goods must meet the following conditions before they can be returned and refunded:

  • The product has not been opened or used, and the packaging remains intact and undamaged (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, inner and outer packaging, instructions, etc.).
  • The product has no signs of damage or use.
  • If the product is damaged during transportation, please be sure to take photos as evidence within 24 hours after signing for it and contact customer service for processing.

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products with incomplete packaging, missing accessories or damaged appearance.
  • Promotional items (such as special offers, limited-time discounts), customized items, or special-order items.

3. Freight regulations

  • If the reason for return is not product defect or our company's shipping error (such as personal preference, size error, duplicate order, etc.), the round-trip shipping fee must be borne by the customer.
  • If the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, the return shipping fee will be borne by the company.

IV. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • After our company receives the returned goods and completes inspection and confirmation, the refund procedure will be processed within 5 working days.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used by the customer to pay.
  • If you pay by credit card, the actual time of deposit will be based on the operating hours of the issuing bank.

5. Return Application Process

  1. Please submit a return request via email within the return period. The content of the letter must include:
    • Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • Product photos (please attach clear pictures if there are any defects)
  2. Customer service will contact you within 1-2 working days after receiving your application to confirm the return details and subsequent procedures.
